## Paid trial

Plans bought through Stripe checkout, monthly or yearly, can start with a 3-day trial. The customer pays a one-time, non-refundable trial fee of $19.99 at checkout, monthly allowances are reduced to 30% of the plan's until the trial ends, and the plan price is charged when it ends unless the subscription is cancelled first. Each account can start one trial.

## FAQ

### What is a project?

A project is one website together with its members, settings and data. Each plan includes a set number of projects, so you can keep different sites separate. Your projects share the plan's prompts, lead keywords and monthly allowances.

### What counts toward the monthly allowances?

One-off actions such as generating articles, improving content, running keyword research, looking up contacts and sending outreach emails, across all your projects. Allowances reset on the first day of every month (UTC).

### What happens to a slot when I delete or pause something?

It is freed. Slots such as tracked prompts and lead keywords cap how many you have at once, and using one never consumes it.

### How does yearly billing work?

You pay once a year at 20% less than twelve monthly payments. The price shown on the yearly toggle is the monthly equivalent.

### Can I move to a bigger plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade from the billing settings in your dashboard whenever your limits stop fitting.

### What if I need more than the Scale plan?
