01Open Buy credits
Open Credits from the dashboard navigation and choose a package. Web checkout creates a provider-hosted payment session. The balance is refreshed after the order reaches a completed state and the credits are delivered.
02Know the balance rules
Purchased credits do not expire. Free credits can expire under the account rules, and the page calls out credits that will expire within seven days. The balance is shared across supported web and mobile surfaces.
03If checkout is still processing
A pending order is checked in the background and the page refreshes its order and balance state. Keep the returned account session open while the provider confirms the purchase. Contact support with the order reference if the order completes but the balance does not update.
