Create a Workspace and connect a website
Set up the site that all discovery, outreach, and tracking will use.
01Open Workspaces
Go to Workspaces and select Add workspace. Enter the product name and a public website URL, such as https://example.com. The URL is checked before the Workspace is created.
02Understand the site boundary
A Workspace is dedicated to one website. Backlink reporting, prospect discovery, outreach, and site-profile data are scoped to that Workspace Site. Switch the active Workspace before starting work for another site.
03Wait for the first analysis
After a website is connected, RanklyBee attempts to create a background Site Profile analysis. You can continue setting up the Workspace while it runs; the profile page will show the current job state and any retry action.
