Invite collaborators and manage roles
Give teammates the access they need without sharing an account.
01Invite from Members & access
Open a Workspace, choose Members & access, enter the teammate’s email address, and select a role. The generated invitation link is available immediately and invitations expire after seven days.
02Know the available roles
The Workspace supports owner, admin, editor, operator, and viewer roles. Owners and admins manage members; owners can assign all non-owner roles, while admins cannot grant the admin role. The exact action permissions are enforced by the server.
03Update or revoke access
Owners and admins can change eligible member roles or revoke pending invitations. The Workspace owner cannot be changed from this panel. Ask the owner or an admin when you need an access change you cannot make yourself.
