One project holds one website, its profile, and every module that works from it:

• Content Automation researches keywords, plans a calendar, and drafts articles in your style for you to approve and publish to your CMS.
• Backlinks combines a curated Featured Backlinks library with prospect discovery, personalized outreach from your own inbox, and checks on the links you earn.
• AI Visibility asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot the questions your buyers ask, then shows how often you are named and which sources are cited.
• Search Performance turns Google Search Console data into the pages and queries worth improving.
• Leads finds public posts from people asking for what you sell, on Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Bluesky, and more, and drafts replies you post yourself.

How we work

• Human approval first. RanklyBee asks for your review before it publishes articles or sends outreach, unless you turn on an automation that skips it. Lead replies are always drafts you post yourself.
• No link schemes. We stay away from PBNs, link farms, and automated spam, and review the sources in the Featured Backlinks library for quality and spam signals.
• No guaranteed results. Publishers decide whether to place a link, and search engines and AI assistants decide what to show. RanklyBee shows the evidence so you can judge the trend.
• Clear data scope. Search and AI data are collected for the United States, in English, and connected accounts are used only for the features you turn on.
