How do I read the Featured Backlinks overview?

01Open the overview
Featured Backlinks Overview summarizes the selected Project Site’s tracked catalog placements. It shows live coverage, pending verification, items needing attention, and confirmed live backlinks.
02Use the activity window
The report separates recent activity from all-time totals. Review backlinks added, links that went live, and health checks for the selected period. A recent addition still needs a completed check before it should be treated as verified.
03Investigate attention items
Changed, lost, blocked, and errored backlinks appear as attention items. Open the related placement and its check history to decide whether to retry, contact the publisher, create a replacement task, or close the tracker after review.
