Run a backlink inventory scan
Start the provider-backed inventory used to seed and refresh backlink reporting.
01Start from the Dashboard
Open the Dashboard for the intended Workspace Site and use the backlink inventory action. The scan runs as a background job, so the status can move through pending and running before the results are available.
02Read the scan result
The inventory status reports the provider, discovered and imported counts, catalog matches, skipped items, scan time, and any last error. A completed scan refreshes the Dashboard overview and backlink list.
03Treat imported data as a starting point
A provider inventory helps establish the tracked set, but it does not replace checking the public source page. Review the imported placement and run a health check when you need current link evidence.
