Blog posts that land in your Webflow collection

Publish SEO articles to Webflow

RanklyBee writes approved articles into the Webflow CMS collection you choose, with the body in your Rich text field, so they use your existing blog template.

What gets published

What RanklyBee sends to Webflow.

Each approved article arrives with the fields below. Fields your setup doesn't map are left out.

Article fields

  • Title
  • Slug
  • Excerpt
  • Body with headings, images and internal links

Publishing modes

  • Save as draft
  • Publish now

Your existing posts

RanklyBee reads the posts already published on Webflow, so new articles don't repeat topics you have covered.

Setup

Connect Webflow in a few minutes.

You connect from Articles → Integrations in RanklyBee. Have these ready on the Webflow side first.

  1. 01

In Webflow, open Site settings → Apps & integrations → API access and generate an API token.

  2. 02

Give it Sites: Read and CMS: Read and write.

  3. 03

Paste the token in RanklyBee, load your sites and choose the collection for articles.

Good to know: The collection needs a Rich text field for the article body. Map an excerpt field too if your template shows one.

How it works

From keyword to a live post on Webflow.

  1. 01

    Plan and write

RanklyBee researches keywords, schedules the articles and writes each draft in the style of the posts you already have.

  2. 02

    Review and approve

Every draft waits for your approval. Auto-approve and auto-publish are there when you trust the output, and both are off by default.

  3. 03

    Publish and verify

Approved articles go to Webflow. Each publication is tracked from pending to verified on your site, and a failed one can be sent again.
