Your WordPress blog, filled with articles you approved
The RanklyBee plugin publishes approved articles as regular WordPress posts, with tags, a featured image, the SEO title and description, and schema markup. No WordPress password leaves your site.
What gets published
Each approved article arrives with the fields below. Fields your setup doesn't map are left out.
With the plugin, RanklyBee finds your existing articles from your sitemap and other sources. An Application Password connection also reads the posts already published on WordPress, so new articles don’t repeat topics you have covered.
Setup
You connect from Articles → Integrations in RanklyBee. Have these ready on the WordPress side first.
In RanklyBee, open Articles → Integrations → WordPress and download ranklybee.zip.
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the file and activate it.
Copy the integration token from RanklyBee, paste it into the plugin's settings page and save.
Back in RanklyBee, click Test connection & connect.
Good to know: The plugin needs WordPress 5.9 and PHP 7.4 or later. If you would rather not install a plugin, you can connect with an Application Password from an Editor or Administrator account instead.
Read the setup guideHow it works
RanklyBee researches keywords, schedules the articles and writes each draft in the style of the posts you already have.
Every draft waits for your approval. Auto-approve and auto-publish are there when you trust the output, and both are off by default.
Approved articles go to WordPress. Each publication is tracked from pending to verified on your site, and a failed one can be sent again.
