Use the library, prospecting, or tracking workflow for the job in front of you.
01Use Featured Backlinks for known source types
Start with the Backlink Library when you want to compare directories, resource pages, launch platforms, editorial sources, or other cataloged acquisition paths without sending email.
02Use Prospects for research-led outreach
Open Prospects when you want RanklyBee to find pages related to your selected keywords and qualify them for a possible mention or placement. Review the evidence before preparing a message.
03Use the Dashboard for links you already earned
If a publisher has already added your link, open the Dashboard and choose Add backlink. Recording the placement gives you a canonical tracker that can later be checked individually or in a batch.
