Getting started

Understand the RanklyBee workflow

Know what each part of the product owns before you start.

01Sources are research inputs

Featured Backlinks is a curated catalog of possible sources. Its Domain Rating, traffic, pricing, link type, acquisition path, and account requirement help you compare options, but a catalog entry is not a promise that the publisher will accept a submission.

02Prospects are reviewed opportunities

Prospecting searches for pages that may be relevant to your website or that link to a competitor. RanklyBee stores the evidence and qualification result so you can decide which opportunity deserves outreach.

03Outreach is supervised

The Outreach workbench connects a prospect, contact, sender, draft, and sequence. Drafts can be edited and approved before queueing. Sending is still subject to sender verification, warmup, policy, suppression, and usage limits.

04Tracking is evidence, not attribution

A backlink becomes a tracked asset only after its source and target URLs are recorded. Checks report what was observed on the source page at that time; they do not guarantee search ranking improvement or future availability.
