Start with RanklyBee
A complete path from your website to a verified backlink.
011. Create the website context
Sign in and open Workspaces. Create a Workspace from the public website you want to promote. Each Workspace is tied to one active website, so use the site that should receive the backlinks.
022. Prepare the foundation
RanklyBee starts a read-only website analysis in the background. Review and edit the Website Profile, then review the Backlink Foundation and confirm the submission snapshot when its required fields are ready.
033. Choose how to find opportunities
Use the Featured Backlinks library for curated sources, or open Prospects to discover pages related to your keywords. Competitor Backlinks can reveal pages that already link to competing products when the required provider configuration is available.
044. Review before you act
Select relevant prospects, find or add a contact, and review the personalized draft. You can queue a controlled sequence, send a permitted message immediately, or leave the work for later. RanklyBee does not guarantee acceptance, a reply, or a backlink.
055. Verify the outcome
When a publisher adds a link, record its source page and target URL in the Dashboard. Run a backlink check to store evidence, then use the status and check history to follow changes over time.
