For blogs you built yourself

Publish SEO articles to a Next.js blog

The RanklyBee Next.js adapter checks each signed request and passes the article, with its schema.org JSON-LD, to your own publish function.

What gets published

What RanklyBee sends to Next.js.

Each approved article arrives with the fields below. Fields your setup doesn't map are left out.

  • Title
  • Slug
  • Excerpt
  • Body with headings, images and internal links
  • Tags
  • Featured image
  • Schema.org JSON-LD

Your existing posts

Next.js has no API to list posts, so RanklyBee finds your existing articles from your sitemap and other sources instead.

Setup

Connect Next.js in a few minutes.

You connect from Articles → Integrations in RanklyBee. Have these ready on the Next.js side first.

  1. 01

Add the RanklyBee Next.js adapter to your project and expose it as a Route Handler, for example app/api/ranklybee/route.ts.

  2. 02

Set a random secret of at least 16 characters as a server-only environment variable.

  3. 03

In RanklyBee, enter the route's public HTTPS URL and the same secret.

Good to know: The adapter verifies the signature and timestamp for you. Your publish callback decides where the article is stored.

How it works

From keyword to a live post on Next.js.

  1. 01

    Plan and write

RanklyBee researches keywords, schedules the articles and writes each draft in the style of the posts you already have.

  2. 02

    Review and approve

Every draft waits for your approval. Auto-approve and auto-publish are there when you trust the output, and both are off by default.

  3. 03

    Publish and verify

Approved articles go to Next.js. Each publication is tracked from pending to verified on your site, and a failed one can be sent again.
