For blogs that run on a Notion database
RanklyBee adds each approved article as a row in the Notion database you share, matching properties such as Slug, Status, Tags, Excerpt and Publish date by name.
What gets published
Each approved article arrives with the fields below. Fields your setup doesn't map are left out.
Notion has no API to list posts, so RanklyBee finds your existing articles from your sitemap and other sources instead.
Setup
You connect from Articles → Integrations in RanklyBee. Have these ready on the Notion side first.
In RanklyBee, open Articles → Integrations → Notion and click Connect with Notion.
When Notion asks what to share, select the database articles should go to.
Back in RanklyBee, choose the database if you shared several and check how the properties were matched.
Good to know: A Status property with Draft and Published options lets RanklyBee publish. Without one, articles are saved as drafts.
Read the setup guideHow it works
RanklyBee researches keywords, schedules the articles and writes each draft in the style of the posts you already have.
Every draft waits for your approval. Auto-approve and auto-publish are there when you trust the output, and both are off by default.
Approved articles go to Notion. Each publication is tracked from pending to verified on your site, and a failed one can be sent again.
