How do I set my article style and preferences?
Set your quality standards and brand voice once for every future article.

01Find the tabs
Open Articles → Article Settings. Articles covers automation, publishing days, article style, global instructions, and engagement options. Keywords, Blog, Linking, and Improvements each have their own tab. An owner, admin, or editor can change these settings.
02Match your voice
On the Blog tab, add articles you have already published. RanklyBee analyzes them and matches their tone, structure, and formatting. Add Global Article Instructions only if you have your own preferences, such as brand voice.
03Set up internal links
On the Linking tab, add your sitemap URL and main blog address. RanklyBee scans the sitemap to find pages that already exist on your site and prefers pages under your blog address when it picks internal links.
04Choose engagement options
Turn on a Table of Contents, relevant YouTube videos, a call-to-action with your website URL, infographics, or a small Written with Ranklybee line. These are added when the article is published.
