Configure a sending policy and sender warmup
Set safe delivery windows and understand why a new sender ramps gradually.
01Set the policy
In Sending & Replies, choose a verified sender, set the time window, allowed weekdays, daily cap, and policy status. The simulation observes the same window and cap; live delivery additionally requires a verified mailbox.
02Warm up a new address
A new sender starts with a limited daily capacity and progresses through warmup stages after successful real sends and scheduled stage gates. The UI shows today’s usage, current step, next milestone, and estimated full-speed date when available.
03Use Already warmed up honestly
Owners and admins can declare an inbox already warmed only when it has a stable sending history. The declaration skips the ramp but does not create provider health evidence, so use it only for an address that is genuinely established.
04Fix health before live delivery
Live Autopilot delivery requires a verified sender with healthy status and warmup ready. If warmup is paused, failed, or the sender is blocked, resolve the mailbox issue and refresh the sender state before trying again.
