Prospecting & outreach
Connect a business-domain sending mailbox
Set up the SMTP and IMAP connection used for outreach and reply sync.
01Open the Workspace operations tab
Open the Workspace detail page, choose Outreach & automation, and select the sending inbox setup. RanklyBee supports Zoho Mail, Google Workspace, Fastmail, and Other / custom SMTP and IMAP settings.
02Use an eligible business address
The sender and reply-to address must use a business domain. Personal Gmail and other public mailbox addresses are not supported by the product policy, even when the provider technically allows SMTP access.
03Complete provider setup
For Zoho, select the region where the mailbox lives. For Google Workspace or Fastmail, enable the required IMAP access and create an app password. For a custom provider, enter its public SMTP and IMAP hosts, ports, and security modes. Use an app-specific password where the provider supports one.
04Let RanklyBee test both directions
The connection is tested for sending and receiving before it is saved. Credentials are encrypted by the server and should never be pasted into a support request. After saving, check the connection and sender status in Sending inboxes.
