Handle replies and suppression
Keep human judgment in the loop when a contact responds or opts out.
01Open Reply Inbox
Sending & Replies has a Reply Inbox alongside the queue. RanklyBee syncs inbound messages through the connected IMAP connection and shows reply evidence and conversation context for review.
02Review a suggested reply
When RanklyBee proposes a reply, inspect the detected intent and suggested body. Edit it when needed, then explicitly queue the reply or dismiss the suggestion. An uncertain delivery state should be confirmed before sending another message.
03Stop the sequence
A reply stops the existing follow-up sequence so the conversation can be handled intentionally. You can also stop it manually from the conversation or record an inbound event when you are reconciling an event from another inbox.
04Respect suppression signals
Unsubscribes, bounces, complaints, and inactive contacts suppress future delivery. Do not work around a suppression state by creating a duplicate contact record; resolve the underlying reason and follow your communication policy.
