How does Backlink Outreach Autopilot work?

Automate the repeatable parts of discovery and follow-up while retaining controls.

Updated

01Enable it from Automations

Open Backlink Outreach → Automations and find Autopilot. Choose a goal such as unpaid editorial placements or paid placements, configure follow-up days, and review the automation controls before launching.

02Choose what automation may do

The controls cover keeping keywords fresh, finding prospects, finding contacts, queueing outreach, following up, low-watermarks, and daily new-outreach or follow-up limits. Enable only the stages you are ready to supervise.

03Run, pause, and inspect

Autopilot runs on its configured interval and the Project card shows the current policy and run counters. Owners, admins, and operators can run it now, pause all activity, or resume it. The Outreach Overview exposes exceptions that need review.

04Know the delivery gate

Autopilot does not bypass sender health, warmup, suppression, or daily and monthly limits. Queueing can be enabled for safe, grounded drafts, while replies and lost-link recovery remain in human review; a run can also wait for an external provider or create an exception.
