Prospecting & outreach
Schedule an outreach sequence
Queue an initial message and up to two human-reviewed follow-ups.
01Choose the delivery mode
From a Ready draft, review the sequence and choose whether it should be queued for live delivery or handled in the available simulation path. Sending now is a separate action and is still checked against the sender policy and limits.
02Write the follow-ups
A sequence can include up to two follow-ups. Each delay is between 1 and 30 days, and the delays must increase. Keep the subject and body specific to the conversation rather than adding generic volume.
03Queue one or many
Queue a single sequence from the selected conversation or use the batch action for eligible Ready drafts. The result reports queued and skipped items; open the remaining Ready drafts when a contact, sender, suppression, or policy check prevents queueing.
04Stop when the situation changes
Use Stop on a queued or active sequence to cancel pending deliveries or stop future follow-ups. A reply, unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, inactive contact, or sender problem can also suppress or stop later deliveries.
