How do I improve articles that are already live?

Find pages that are slipping and review the changes before they go live.

Updated

01Connect the two requirements

Content Improvements finds articles to improve from Google Search Console data and updates them through your publishing integration. Connect Search Console in Insights → Search Performance and connect an integration in Articles → Integrations first.

02Detect opportunities

Run Detect opportunities to scan your published pages against the latest Search Console data. RanklyBee looks for ranking, CTR, decline, content-gap, thin-content, and cannibalization signals and proposes a quality-checked change for each page.

03Review the change

Compare the proposed version with the published content and edit it. Saving updates the improvement draft and does not change the published page. In Article Settings → Improvements you can schedule improvements automatically, and choose whether completed ones are pushed straight to your integration or wait for your review.

04Read the result honestly

After a change, RanklyBee compares the two weeks after it with the two weeks before. The comparison is observed, not causal: search demand and Google updates can move results too.
