Troubleshooting

Why is an outreach send blocked?

Find the exact gate that prevented a message from being delivered.

01Recheck the draft and contact

A send can be blocked when the selected contact is inactive or suppressed, the required address is missing or invalid, or the draft is not in a sendable state. Review the prospect context and current contact before trying again.

02Recheck the sender

The sender must be active, verified, healthy, and within its warmup and daily policy limits. If the message is scheduled outside the configured window or weekday, it remains queued or is deferred rather than sent immediately.

03Understand stopped and suppressed deliveries

Stopped or canceled deliveries are not transient provider failures. They reflect a deliberate sequence stop, reply handling, suppression, or policy decision. Review the conversation and delivery history before creating a new action.

04Capture the error safely

For a persistent failure, record the Workspace, sender status, recipient domain, delivery status, and visible error code or message. Never send the mailbox password, app password, access token, or full message credentials to support.
