Troubleshooting
Sender is not ready for live outreach
Understand the verification, health, and warmup gates before sending.
01All three gates must pass
A live sender needs a verified identity, healthy status, and warmup ready status. A connected mailbox alone is not enough to unlock live Autopilot delivery.
02Read the warmup state
Warmup pending means the sender has not started. Warming means the daily capacity is intentionally limited. Ready means the current full limit is available. Paused or failed means the sender needs attention before automated delivery.
03Check policy and daily capacity
A sender policy must be active and its sending window must currently allow delivery. Review the daily cap, today’s usage, queued count, Workspace time zone, and any monthly allowance message before retrying.
04Do not create a second sender to bypass a gate
Resolve the original mailbox or health issue. Duplicating senders can create more suppression, warmup, and deliverability problems instead of making the blocked sender safe.
