Site Profile analysis is pending or failed
Recover when the website analysis has not produced an editable profile.
01Pending is a background state
Site Profile generation is queued and processed in the background. Keep the Workspace open or return later; the page polls the analysis job while it is pending, queued, running, or scheduled for retry.
02Check the website first
The connected URL must be a public website that RanklyBee can safely reach. Verify the URL, redirects, robots or access restrictions, and that the homepage returns a usable response before retrying.
03Retry with the current site context
When the job is failed, an owner, admin, or editor can choose Retry with AI or Regenerate with AI. Review the resulting fields instead of assuming the new draft is correct, then save any necessary edits.
04Contact support with evidence
If retries keep failing, include the Workspace website URL, job status, visible error text, and approximate time of the attempt. Do not include passwords, API keys, or mailbox credentials.
