What do clicks, impressions, CTR, and position mean?

How Search Performance reads Google Search Console data, and why numbers can differ slightly.

Updated

01The four metrics

Impressions count how often your pages appeared in Google results. Clicks count visits from those results. CTR is clicks divided by impressions. Position is the average ranking of your pages for the queries that showed them.

02Finalized data only

RanklyBee shows finalized Search Console data, so the latest day is three days before today. Page totals use the latest finalized 28-day window.

03Why it may differ from Search Console

Numbers match the property you connected. A different property, date range, or Google’s own revisions to recent days can explain small differences.
