How do I add and manage AI Visibility prompts?

01Add prompts
Open Insights → Prompts and add prompts in one of three ways:
- Build Prompt with AI suggests prompts from a description of what you sell.
- From GSC rewrites your real Search Console queries as prompts. It needs a connected Search Console.
- Custom lets you write your own, or import a CSV file of up to 10 MB.
02Choose engines and frequency
Each prompt runs on the engines you select: Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot; Grok is coming soon. Run a prompt daily, weekly, or manually. Prompts are always asked from the United States, in English. Your plan sets which engines you can use:
- Starter: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Mode
- Growth: up to four engines
- Scale: every engine
03Organize prompts
A prompt’s type is commercial, competitor, or branded. Auto follows your brand and competitors, or you can set it yourself. Assign a topic to group prompts on the Prompts page.
04Mind the prompt limit
Prompts use plan slots shared across all your projects: 50 on Starter, 150 on Growth, and 300 on Scale. Pause or delete a prompt to add another when you reach the limit.
