How do I set up Leads?

01Set up automatically
Open Leads → Opportunities and choose Set up automatically. RanklyBee reads your Website Profile, describes your ideal customer, and proposes the searches to run. Review what will be created, then choose Confirm and start. Nothing is sent to anyone.
02Pick the platforms
On the Leads overview, select the platforms to monitor for all your keywords: Reddit, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, Threads, Facebook, Hacker News, and Bluesky.
- LinkedIn has a higher search cost.
- TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels match titles and captions, not the spoken video.
- Keywords are not scanned until at least one platform is selected.
03Check monitoring health
The Leads overview shows what needs your attention today, qualified leads per day over the last 30 days, where your leads come from, and whether every source is being scanned and scored.
