How do I choose lead keywords?
Choose the phrases RanklyBee searches for in public conversations.

01Add keywords
Open Leads → Keyword Tracking and add a keyword. Ask AI to suggest keywords in a chat, use Suggest to generate them from your website, or add one By hand. Each keyword holds up to three search phrases, plus optional exclude words for noise.
02Use the right type
Keyword types are buyer intent, tool, competitor, topic, and brand. Buyer intent and competitor phrases, such as people asking for an alternative to a competitor, usually find the strongest leads.
03Mind the slot limit
Lead keywords use plan slots shared across all your projects: 10 on Starter, 30 on Growth, and 80 on Scale. Pause tracking on a keyword that brings little value to free its slot.
