How do I monitor brand mentions?

01Set your brand names
On Leads → Keyword Tracking, open the brand card. RanklyBee suggests your product name and domain. Add up to three brand names, including other spellings, and exclude words that belong to something else with the same name.
02Review Mentions
Leads → Mentions lists public discussions that mention your brand on the platforms you monitor. Negative mentions are shown in red so you can reach them first.
03Get alerted
Set up an automation for a negative brand mention, a spike in negative mentions, or a weekly brand summary. Leads → Automations lists every trigger and channel.
