01Where sentiment comes from
Insights → Sentiment Drivers extracts sentiment from every AI answer that mentions your brand. Run your prompts from the Prompts page first; drivers appear once recent answers are analyzed.
02Read the drivers
Drivers show what lifts your sentiment and what pulls it down, so you can reinforce strengths and address weak points on your own site and in public sources. Open a driver to see the answers behind it.
03When nothing appears
If no analyzed answer in the period mentions your brand, there are no drivers to show yet. The page still shows how AI engines talk about your competitors.
