Do unused monthly allowances roll over?
Allowances reset each month; slots stay as long as you use them.

01Allowances reset monthly
Monthly allowances, such as articles, contact lookups, and outreach emails, reset on the first day of each month (UTC). Unused amounts do not roll over to the next month. Allowances are shared across all your projects, and usage in a project you delete still counts until the month ends.
02Slots do not expire
Slots, such as projects, prompts, and lead keywords, cap how many things exist at once. They are not used up; pausing or deleting an item frees its slot. Settings → Usage shows both.
