How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from the billing portal in a few clicks, and what happens to renewals and trials.

01Open the billing portal

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

  1. Open Settings from your account menu.
  2. Choose Payment & Billing → Billing.
  3. Choose Manage billing to open the billing portal.
  4. Cancel the subscription and confirm.

02What cancellation does

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not by itself refund a charge that has already been made. If you are on a trial, cancel before it ends to avoid the plan price.

03If you cannot cancel

Manage billing appears only for an active web subscription and for the people allowed to manage its billing. If the button is missing, ask the Project owner, or contact support from the email on your account.
