01Create an automation
Open Leads → Automations, pick a trigger, and choose where to send it. Triggers include a hot lead, a competitor lead, a daily digest, a lead stage change, a negative brand mention, a negative mention spike, and a weekly brand summary.
02Choose a channel
Send alerts to email, Slack, Discord, or a webhook. To reach a CRM or a spreadsheet, send lead stage changes to a webhook and connect it in Make, n8n, or Zapier.
03Verify webhook calls
Each webhook has a signing secret. Use it on your endpoint to check that a request really came from RanklyBee, and keep it out of public code.
