How do I see link prospects in Gmail?
Install RanklyBee for Gmail to check whether the sender of an email is a link prospect in your Project.
Updated
01What it does
RanklyBee for Gmail is a read-only Gmail add-on. When you open an email, it looks up the sender's domain among the link prospects in your RanklyBee Project. If the domain is a prospect, the side panel shows its status, domain authority and opportunity type, with links to the page and to your prospect list. If not, it says so.
02What it can see
The add-on reads only the sender address of the email you have open. It never reads the subject, the body or attachments, and it writes nothing to Gmail or to RanklyBee. The only thing it stores is your RanklyBee API token, in your own add-on user properties.
03Connect RanklyBee
You need a RanklyBee account with an active paid Project.
- In RanklyBee, open Settings → API and create a token with the projects:read and prospects:read permissions. Copy it when it is shown; it appears only once.
- In Gmail, install RanklyBee for Gmail, then open the RanklyBee icon in the right-hand side panel and approve the permissions Google lists.
- Paste the token and choose Connect. The add-on confirms the Project it will use.
04Disconnect
Open the add-on menu in the side panel and choose Disconnect RanklyBee. This deletes the saved token from Gmail. To stop access completely, also revoke the token in RanklyBee under Settings → API. To remove the add-on, use Google Workspace Marketplace → Manage apps.
